Head Football Coach Floyd Burnsed praised the Falcon football squad despite their 27-24 loss to DeAnza on October 7.
He also complimented the efforts of team members Mike Neville, Siemon Williams, Sam Valencia and Derrell Young.

The Solano College women's soccer team beat the Mendocino Eagles 3-0 on October 7.
Head Coach Jeff Cardinal cited the strength of Katie Knopp as key to the victory.
Knopp is ranked fourth in the state, and the team is 2-1 in conference play.
He also complimented the efforts of team members Mike Neville, Siemon Williams, Sam Valencia and Derrell Young.
