As of Dec. 1, Solano Community College  has transferred management of the college bookstore to Barnes and Noble. This will give students access to online rentals, e-books, cash for books program, and availability to a wide array of Nook products sold exclusively through Barnes and Noble, according to a press release. The  SCC bookstore will have its own locally managed Facebook page. Barnes and Noble says this will help students connect to  services, products and events.
